How many swimming pools are there on site?
We have two swimming pools on site we are available for all residents to use.
Do all residents have access to the swimming pools?
Yes, residents automatically have access to the pool. It is included in your rent and is not extra. You do not need to pay for maintaining the pool or each time you use it.
Can I bring guests to use the swimming pool?
Yes, you are allowed to bring family and friends to use the pool – with a set number of guests allowed for each resident to be fair to all guests.
Are Sonterra Apartments pet-friendly?
Yes! We welcome pets. There is a refundable $500 pet deposit per pet and a one-time $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet. We do not charge monthly pet rent.
Are your apartments already furnished?
No, our apartments do not come with furniture and you will be required to provide sofas, tables, chairs and beds.
Are you allocated parking spaces?
Yes, you will receive designated parking spaces as a tenant and will receive more spaces depending on the size of your property and receive spaces for visitor parking too.
