We require a completed application, proof of income showing the household makes approximately 3x the monthly rent, government-issued identification, and all applicable fees.

The fees include a $50 application fee per adult and a $150 administration fee per household. Once approved, the security deposit must be paid within 48 hours.

The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

Yes! We are a pet-friendly community. Residents must provide vaccination records and a photo of the pet. While we do not charge monthly pet rent, there is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet and a refundable pet deposit of $500 per pet.

Yes, the property was designed to accommodate approximately two vehicles in front of each resident’s door, along with plenty of overflow parking for guests. We do not charge for parking. 

We currently offer 12-month lease terms to start. After the initial lease term, residents have the option to renew for either 6 or 12 months.

No, our properties are not furnished and you will be required to provide your own furniture.

On some occasions, the previous tenant may leave their furniture and this may be available upon request.

No, tenants will typically arrange their own cleaners, but we are able to recommend some local reliable agencies that we use.

Yes, if you are ever experiencing any issues with your property, we have a maintenance team on site that can assist.
